All Raptor passes and credits are:
- •Non-refundable once purchased
- •Non-transferable to other accounts
- •Subject to availability in your service area
- •Non-exchangeable for other pass types or services
1. No Exchange Policy
Raptor does not offer:
Exchanges between different pass types
Conversions of unused pass time to credits
Substitutions for alternative services
2. Usage Policy
- •Passes begin immediately upon purchase unless otherwise specified
- •Unused passes expire according to their terms (e.g., 30-day expiry for monthly passes)
- •We cannot extend, refund, or credit unused pass time.
3. Service Availability
- •Passes remain valid even if scooters are temporarily unavailable in your area
- •No refunds or credits for service interruptions.
4. Exceptions
